Several names are mentioned in the document: Pierre Cauwens, Jean Baptiste Thoen and Cornelis d'Hooghe, as well as the governor of the Austrian Netherlands, Duke Charles Alexander of Lorraine (brother-in-law of Maria Theresia) listed with his noble titles and title as Grand Master of the Teutonic Order.
