Keerzijde: Gekroond Bourgondisch wapen op stokkenkruis, juweel van de Orde van het Gulden Vlies onderaan.
Omschrift: DOMINVS.MIHI.ADIVTOR.
Obverse: Bust of Philips to right, counterstamped with lion of Holland in beaded oval (stamped in 1573-1574).
Reverse: Crowned Burgundian shield on cross, jewel of the Order of the Golden Fleece below.
