1/5 Philipsdaalder 1567 struck Antwerp, with countermark Holland (1573-1574).
This countermark was in use 1573-1574 as a tax measure to fund the war against Spain.  
After payment the countermarked coin increased in value with about 15%.

Obverse: Bust of Philip II to right, date 67 below the bust with hand in between (mint mark Antwerp).
Countermark lion in pearled oval (Holland)
Reverse: Crowned shield over Burgundian cross between two flints.
