Early Medieval Merovingian equal armed brooch, ansate type. Two equal-sized shield-shaped plates on either side of an arched bow, the surface is adorned with punched circle-dots decorations. The iron spring and pin are partly present which is extremely rare.

Length: ± 49,7 mm
Good and solid condition. Fantastic smooth olive-green patina. Iron spring and pin partly present. Signs of wear consistent with age and use.
