Dutch glass wine bottle, stunning irisation with blue and green colors. Base kickup with large pontil mark. The bottle is complete, no restorations.

Wine bottles from this type are called 'kattekop' in Dutch or 'onion' bottles because of their shape were used to hold wine or brandy. Their design with the wide bottom made them more suitable to use aboard ships in rough seas.
