Countries We Ship To
Due to the new obligations arising from the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), we are unfortunately no longer able to ship to all European countries.
We currently ship exclusively to:
Austria, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and Spain.
Orders with a delivery address in any other country cannot be accepted.
Shipping Outside the European Union
Due to the administrative procedures involved in shipments of cultural goods, we are unfortunately no longer able to ship outside the European Union.
Tracked and Insured Shipping
For security reasons, orders are normally dispatched as tracked and insured parcels. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
The available shipping methods and exact costs are shown during the ordering process after you select your delivery country. These options depend on the size, weight and value of the items in your shopping basket.
All payment and shipping costs are calculated and displayed in step 2 of the ordering process.
Lower-Cost Shipping Within the Netherlands and Belgium
For small orders delivered within the Netherlands or Belgium, a lower-cost letterbox parcel may be available if all of the following conditions are met:
The order contains no more than five coins or other small objects.
The items fit within a letter or letterbox parcel measuring no more than 38 × 26 × 3 cm.
The total order value does not exceed €49.
The items do not contain precious metals.
Payment is made by bank transfer.
This shipping method is not insured. It cannot be combined with payment by PayPal because PayPal requires proof of tracked delivery.

If no shipping price is displayed for a particular item, please contact us before placing your order. This may apply to unusually large, heavy or fragile objects that require a special parcel or courier service.
