Philip the Good (1419-1467)
Flanders, Brabant, extremely rare lead token issued under the reign of Philip the Good (Filips de Goede).
They were distributed by the Church and the assumption is that these were issued to help the poor and could be exchanged for food.
Obverse: Crowned Burgundian Cross and flint.
Reverse: Letter h in Gothic minuskel.
