Egyptian Bead Rings

Rings with Ancient Egyptian Beads

Each ring is designed around one or more authentic ancient Egyptian beads. Depending on the design, a single bead may form the central feature, while other rings bring several beads together in one composition.

The ancient beads are combined with a modern ring setting and, in some designs, modern spacer beads or other decorative elements are added to the composition.

Designed Around the Beads

Ancient beads are not uniform. Differences in shape, colour, surface and wear give every ring a different appearance. The setting is adapted to support the bead without hiding the features that make it individual.

The product page gives the ring size, measurements and construction details. Some designs may allow a small adjustment, but a ring should never be forced into a different shape. Please contact us before ordering if you are uncertain about the size.

Egyptian Faience and Other Materials

Egyptian faience is a quartz-rich material, commonly found in shades of blue and green. These colours, and the material itself, held cultural and symbolic significance in ancient Egypt. Alongside faience, Egyptian jewellery frequently incorporated semi-precious stones like vibrant carnelian, deep Lapis Lazuli, and clear rock crystal.

Designed and Handmade in the Netherlands

Every ring is designed and made by hand in the Netherlands. The setting is created to suit the particular bead or combination of beads, so no two finished rings are exactly the same.

Wearing and Caring for Your Ring

A ring is more exposed to knocks and pressure than most other jewellery. Remove it before washing your hands, showering, sleeping, exercising or doing household work. Avoid perfume, cosmetics and household chemicals, and store the ring separately when it is not being worn.
